Shipping Policy

Handling

All orders are hand-packed in insulated thermal boxes with food-grade gel packs to maintain optimal temperature (28–36°F / -2 to 2°C) for the entire journey. Orders received before 12:00 PM ET, Monday through Wednesday, are dispatched the same day. Orders received after that cut-off, or on Thursday–Sunday, ship the following Monday or Tuesday to avoid weekend transit.

Carriers & methods

  • Standard Overnight (FedEx / UPS): 1 business day after dispatch.
  • 2-Day Express: 2 business days after dispatch — available in select regions.
  • Hand-carried concierge delivery: available within New York, Los Angeles, Miami and select capitals by arrangement.

Estimated delivery times

From the moment an order ships, transit is typically:

  • Northeast US: 1 business day
  • Continental US: 1–2 business days
  • International: 2–4 business days (subject to customs)

Tracking

Every order receives a tracking number by email the moment it is dispatched. You may also reply to your order confirmation at any time and our concierge will share live status. International shipments include carrier tracking through customs clearance.

Recipient responsibility

Because caviar is perishable, an adult must be present to receive the package. We recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available during business hours. Caviaclub is not responsible for spoilage caused by delayed acceptance, refused delivery, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
